This bodyweight circuit is awesome for home, vacation or travel and can be done in 20 minutes.
All you need is a chair/ bed or deck.
Rear Foot Elevated Split Squats:10/10
Incline Pushups:10-12
Reverse Plank flow:10
Deadlift Jumps:12
Scap Dips(5)Tricep Dips 5/side (1 leg up)
Rest as needed and repeat for 4 rounds.
Make sure you perform your scap dips before the tricep dips to get that upper back work in🌟
